Apps covered: All mobile apps and games published by us on the Apple App Store (each, the "App")

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other personal details to use the App. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address and message).

Information collected automatically. When you use the App, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, screen size)
• Advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; otherwise the identifier for vendors (IDFV) may be used
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location)
• Usage data (sessions, levels played, features used, ad interactions, crash logs, and performance data)
• Purchase information (confirmation that an in-app purchase occurred; we never receive your payment card details)

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App and fix bugs
• To show advertisements and measure their performance
• To process and restore in-app purchases
• To analyze usage and understand how players interact with the App
• To respond to support requests
• To detect fraud and comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that collect information under their own privacy policies:

• Apple (App Store, in-app purchases, StoreKit)
• Unity Technologies (Unity engine, Unity Analytics, Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads)
• Advertising networks integrated through mediation, e.g. [AdMob, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, etc. — list the ones you use]
• Analytics / crash reporting, [e.g. Firebase, if used]

4. Advertising and Tracking

The App may display ads served by third parties. These partners may use identifiers and usage data to show personalized ads. On iOS, the App will ask for your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites.

You can change your choice any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and you can limit ad personalization in your device settings.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.

If our business is sold or merged, data may be transferred to the successor.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, and to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws.
